CONSUMER RIGHTS

GENERAL TERMS FOR CANCELLATION – RETURN – REFUND

By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the provisions of the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

Shipping costs (delivery charges) are covered by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer during the order process within the maximum legal period of 30 days. If delivery does not take place within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and together with any warranty certificate, user manual, and other relevant documents, if applicable.

If the supply of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller shall notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date the seller becomes aware of this situation and shall refund all collected payments to the buyer within a maximum of 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the transaction in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall terminate.

PURCHASES MADE WITH AN UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD

If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the contractual product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs covered by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond the seller’s control, the buyer will be informed.

The buyer may request:

• Cancellation of the order,
• Replacement of the product with an equivalent product,
• Postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.

If the buyer cancels the order:

• If payment was made in cash, the payment amount will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days from the cancellation date.
• If payment was made by credit card, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days. The time required for the bank to reflect the amount in the buyer’s account depends on the bank’s processing procedures.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT

The buyer must check the contractual product before receiving it and should not accept products from the courier that are visibly damaged, broken, have torn packaging, or show signs of damage.

The buyer is responsible for carefully preserving the delivered product.

For exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must not have been used beyond ordinary use necessary to understand its nature, characteristics, and operation.

For return procedures, the invoice must also be sent together with the product. For corporate invoices, a return invoice may be required.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to the buyer or to the person/organization specified by the buyer, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty, provided that the seller is notified through the contact details below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For services purchased by the buyer, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date the contract is established. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have started to be performed with the explicit consent of the consumer before the withdrawal period expires.

The return shipping costs related to the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be determined according to the principles stated in the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the seller in writing via email or other permanent data storage methods within 14 days.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The invoice of the product to be returned must be sent together with the product. For orders issued with a corporate invoice, a return invoice issued by the relevant company must also be included.

The product to be returned must be sent complete and undamaged together with its box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The seller shall refund the product price to the buyer within the periods stipulated under applicable legislation following receipt of the withdrawal notification.

If the value of the product decreases or the return becomes impossible due to a reason caused by the buyer’s fault, the buyer shall be responsible to the extent of their fault. However, the buyer shall not be held responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from ordinary use of the product to understand its nature, characteristics, and operation.

If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the order amount to fall below the conditions required for a campaign or discount, the discount provided under the campaign may be recalculated.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared specifically according to the buyer’s requests or personal needs, products that are likely to deteriorate quickly or expire, products that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons after their packaging has been opened following delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines except those provided under subscription agreements, services performed instantly in electronic environment, intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and opened audio or video recordings, computer software, and data storage devices, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuit and bikini bottoms, and similar products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons can only be returned if their packaging has not been opened, they have not been used, and they remain suitable for resale.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have started to be performed with the consumer’s explicit consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period, within the scope of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

DEFAULT STATUS AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, the provisions of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank shall apply, and the buyer accepts responsibility towards the bank.

In such cases, the relevant bank may initiate legal proceedings and request related costs and attorney fees from the buyer within the framework of applicable legislation. Compensation for direct damages incurred by the seller due to the buyer’s default shall be subject to general legal provisions.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

If an order is placed via Bank Transfer or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), payment may be made to the bank accounts specified during the ordering process.

For online credit card payments, the payment amount will be charged to your card after the order confirmation.
